1. Donation Refunds

• Donations made to Barwa Foundation are non-refundable.

• If you believe a technical error or duplicate transaction has occurred, contact us within 7 working days of the transaction.

• Verified refund requests will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.

2. Event Contributions or Sponsorships

• In case of event cancellation or rescheduling initiated by Barwa Foundation, sponsors may request a refund or choose to reallocate the amount toward another cause.

• Refund decisions will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
